Today Pico Technology GmbH welcomed German press officials to the opening of its office in Garbsen, Germany. This new office is in response to German PicoScope users, distributors and vehicle manufacturers asking for local sales, training and support in Germany. This facility will also service the needs of customers from Austria and Switzerland.

Pico Technology Managing Director Alan Tong welcomed the press and explained: “Pico Technology was established 26 years ago and has since worked with over 25 vehicle manufacturers including GM, Toyota, Jaguar Land Rover and Mazda, the electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla, and agricultural vehicle manufacturers such as CNH.”

Phil Service, Pico Technology’s Automotive Business Development Manager, commented: “Since opening the office we have been able to engage more German manufacturers. The combination of the power of the product, the continuous free software updates and a growing presence in Germany has created a confidence in our brand.

Together with key partners like the Sternbeck Akademie we will be investing more time, effort and resources in developing PicoScope content, videos and technical articles here in Germany, offering a more complete and comprehensive package to our German customers, and making it easy for them to find, buy and benefit from PicoScope.”

Olaf Jensen, Distribution Sales Manager for Pico Technology GmbH, and trainer Jens Sternbeck gave practical demonstrations of the oscilloscope, highlighting both the outstanding performance and the technician-friendly PicoScope software.
