I3C serial decoder added with PicoScope

The Pico Technology serial decoders team have been working overtime, adding yet another protocol to both PicoScope 6 (Stable) and PicoScope 7 (Early Access) implementations: MIPI I3C Basic specification waveforms can now be decoded, displayed and analyzed on any PicoScope with sufficient bandwidth and memory depth.

Four new protocol decoders added to PicoScope

Pico Technology today announced the inclusion of four new protocol decoders / analyzers with PicoScope software. MIL-STD-1553, CAN J1939, Quadrature encoded and Parallel bus decoders are included with the latest PicoScope 6 software (6.14.54) for Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems. The same decoders have also been added to PicoScope 7, the next-generation PicoScope user interface. (PicoScope 7 Early Access program gives users access to the software during the ongoing development work.) MIL-STD-1553, Quadrature encoded and Parallel bus decoders are available as a free upgrade for all existing PicoScope users, and CAN J1939 is available as a free upgrade for PicoScope 4000/5000/6000 and automotive users.

Pico Technology launches its first 1 GHz mixed-signal scope with active probes

Pico Technology today announced a further development of its PicoScope 6000E Series mixed-signal oscilloscopes (MSOs) with the launch of four new 4-channel models, each of which can be configured with 16 optional digital channels. With bandwidths of 750 MHz or 1 GHz, 8-bit or 8/10/12-bit Flexible Resolution and up to 4 GS deep capture memory, these products enhance the existing PicoScope 6000E portfolio, adding to the 350 MHz and 500 MHz models that were introduced in 2020.

Pico Technology today announced availability of the new PicoScope 4000A Series PC-based oscilloscopes, a second-generation upgrade and expansion of the company's high-resolution, deep-memory product portfolio. With 2-, 4- and 8-channel models available, the PicoScope 4000A Series boasts 12-bit hardware resolution (to 16 bits with Resolution Enhancement), 256 MS deep capture memory, 20 MHz bandwidth with 80 MS/s sampling speed, up to 70 dB SFDR and a built-in 14-bit triggerable signal generator and 80 MS/s AWG. The SXRTO: Sampler extended real time oscilloscope 5 GHz oscilloscope!

Pico Technology has today introduced the PicoScope 9404 SXRTO (Sampler eXtended Real Time Oscilloscope). PicoScope DeepMeasure™ recognized in EDN Hot 100 products of 2017

The new DeepMeasure feature in the PicoScope software from Pico Technology enables automatic measurement of waveform parameters on up to 1 million successive waveform cycles.

Furnished as standard with PicoScope 3000, 4000, 5000, and 6000 Series oscilloscopes, this analysis and search tool returns a table of results that includes every waveform cycle captured in the scope’s memory. PicoScope 4823: 8-Channel high-speed automotive oscilloscope

Today Pico Technology launches the PicoScope 4823, its first 8-channel oscilloscope for the automotive market. The PicoScope 4823 oscilloscope is ideal for those involved in advanced diagnostics, training or vehicle design.  The 8 channels allow multiple sensors, actuators and CAN / CAN FD signals to be monitored at the same time at up to 80MS/s.  It is ready-configured for automotive probes and includes more than 150 Guided tests, plus access to thousands of comparisons in the Pico waveform library which now supports 8 channels.

Pico Technology releases a BNC signal conditioner for IEPE sensor applications

At Automechanika Frankfurt 2022, Pico Technology today launched its new TA487 IEPE signal conditioner for BNC-interfaced oscilloscopes. The TA487 IEPE signal conditioner is a simple adaptor that allows any PicoScope with the ability to measure and capture signals from a large selection of piezo-electric IEPE sensors.

Pico Technology joins the MathWorks Connections Program

Pico Technology today announced that it has become a member of the MathWorks Connections Program. The PicoScope 3000 Series oscilloscopes now have an instrument driver for the Instrument Control Toolbox. This includes all models apart from the Mixed Signal and Differential Oscilloscopes, with drivers for other product ranges to be provided in the future.
